Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the following applies:

Faulty or undelivered

If a product is faulty, doesn't work as described, or never arrives, we'll fix it or give you a full refund. Just contact us.

Change of mind

Digital goods can't be "returned", so change-of-mind purchases aren't generally refundable once delivered. As a goodwill gesture, if you haven't downloaded or used the product we'll consider a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

Calendar and app subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
